 Can I change my  design after I placed my order?

Item detail should be confirm during the ordering process. This includes cup and shirt size, glitter colors, decal fonts and more. You cannot make any changes to orders once it has been started. If the order has not been started then the order can be canceled. 

Can  I order a different tumbler or shirt brand or size  that is not an option offered in the listing?

Yes, please email us at MagicalMcDesign@gmail.com with your desired brand and size and we would be happy to let you know if we are able to accommodate your request.

I noticed the information I entered is incorrect or spelled wrong, what should I do?

Contact us immediately at our email address with the correct information and order number. If the order has already been processed I may not be able to change and can not offer a refund.

 

Is there more glitter options than what is listed?

Yes I have over hundreds of colors and therefore I am not able to show all of them if there is a specific color that you have in mind that you do not see please send a picture to my email located in contact us.

 

Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?

No all tumblers should not be put in the microwave or the dishwasher. All Tumblers should be hand washed and tie dried Only. I provide care instructions inside the cup when shipped. All items will come with after care instructions. 

 

Will the glitter come off my Tumbler?

No all tumblers and designs are sealed in epoxy unless stated otherwise. For example our permanent vinyl is not sealed in epoxy but does last for 4 to 6 years.

 

My items came to me damaged what should I do?

The first thing you need to do is take pictures of the item and the box showing where the damage is and what part of the item is damaged. Once you have the pictures send them to us via email  . Pictures of the item in the original packing is very critical in order to file a claim with USPS and to get it approved for a a refund. We will start the claim for you and if your claim is approved we will start on a replacement item. You will have to send the original item back to us to receive a new replacement item. If you refuse to send the damaged item back to us you will not get a replacement item. You must write return to sender on the damaged box with all contents that came in the box and send it back before we can move forward with sending a replacement item.

Return Policy

I do not offer a return, refund or exchange on any items. Please make sure to fill out all the required information correctly and double check the information again! For example, please check name spelling or saying spelling for decals, sizes and type of item chosen. I will return, refund or exchange an item if there is a product defect or mistake made by me. 

 

Terms and Conditions

All items will be completed in the timeframe stated in the top banner of the website all other items we offer will be completed in the turnaround time frame listed in each listing. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund orders due to personal and professional reasons. We also reserve the right to block, ignore and report messages of any communication from people or businesses and you will not be allowed to purchase from us. We reserve the right to send cease-and-desist letters take legal action if needed to anyone or business in fringing on our products, listing descriptions and business name. All prices are subject to change due to add-ons, specialty design orders, special request, custom orders etc. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or missed placed packages due to incorrect shipping information by the customer. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged, lost in transit or delayed due to shipping carrier or weather related issues. Once your package has been sent off and tracking number has been sent via email we are no longer responsible for your package. We are not responsible for any of the products that have been damaged by the customer. We also reserve the right to post pictures of any and all items offered on all social media accounts.
